After a long day filled with activities, I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms connected with a connecting door, but unfortunately, the commitment from the hotel didn't match what they provided. However, I must admit that the service, especially from the GM to the bellhop, was exceptional.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was impeccable, shoutout to Karen and Humphrey at Paros Bar for their top-notch service. The pool view with the Sheikh Zayed skyline was breathtaking, and the rooms were super nice and clean. However, there were some issues with the professionalism of certain staff members which was a bit inconvenient.
